What counts as a second?

Factory seconds are pans with some cosmetic blemishes — small dents, scratches, or discoloration. These minor imperfections won't significantly affect the pan's cooking performance. Every second is a little different, so we can't say in advance which blemish yours will have — but these are the most common examples out of our quality control.

If the pan has flaws that are significantly worse than these examples that would jeopardize the pan's cooking ability, they do not qualify for factory seconds sales and are scrapped.

Factory seconds are products that have some cosmetic blemishes such as small dents, scratches or discoloration. These minor imperfections will not significantly affect the cooking performance of the pan. Clearance items are closeouts or limited runs that do not necessarily have any defects whatsoever.

Remember:

  • Quantities are very limited!
  • All sales are final.
  • Factory seconds and clearance items are not covered under our lifetime warranty.
