I was sick of the cheap stainless steel pans giving uneven sear on my steaks. A friend told me about these cladded steel pans and figured I’d give it a shot. So far this is the best frying pan I have ever used. It gets and stays uniformly hot, creating an amazing sear. Also once you figure out how to make your pan truly nonstick you’ll never pick up a teflon pan or even cast iron ever again.

I purchased this set just about a week ago.. and WOW... It doesn't take long to see why these are so great. Build quality and feel is top notch. Handles are extremely comfortable and make handling the frying pans very easy. Heat is evenly distributed across the pans. Once you master the "Mercury" technique... Food will not stick. Let it be steak, lamb chops, fries fish, scrambled eggs or fried eggs.. nothing will stick. Pots come up to temperature real quick and all pot, lids and frying pans clean up really easy.

Stop buying non stick and celebrity sets when you can buy quality, made in the USA, stainless steel cookware. I use to buy nonstick but started using cast iron and wanted something a little lighter and easier to clean options. I love my cast iron but use my stainless just as much. Once you figure it out, both are just as easy as non stick, healthy for you, and will last a lifetime.

When we made the decision to replace all of our older Teflon coated cookware with stainless steel, we did a lot of research into the various options. Ultimately we choose Heritage Steel Eater series. Never cooked with stainless before. Decided to jump in after doing some research on how to cook with stainless. First try was tuna steaks. Nice even cook and sear. Fried eggs next and then scrambled. No issues sticking and really happy with the results first time out. Grilled cheese sandwich tonight. I tell my kids I’m the grilled sandwich master. Maybe the best grilled cheese I’ve ever made. I buy the Titanium series pots and pans from Heritage Steel. The 316 stainless steel is top of the line stainless steel. Cooking with them is so easy, and they clean up just as easy if not easier than those non stick pans. If your looking to cook food a lot healthier, give Heritage Steel a try. You won't be disappointed. Stainless and cast iron in my eyes are the healthiest way to cook.
