I’ve been replacing my old, flaking nonstick cookware with nontoxic stainless. I’ve read and watched lots of videos on how to cook in stainless since I understand there is a learning curve to it. This pan is a beast - the 12” pan replaced my 10” pan, so it’s a good deal larger than what I was used to. Its trial by fire was French toast- not only did it turn out fabulous, the large size meant I wasn’t t making just one piece at a time! I was cranking those suckers out.

My only two regrets are that I didn’t purchase an entire set of cookware to begin with and that I didn’t purchase the larger sauteuse pan (I want to use it for everything)!

I wish I would have heard about Heritage sooner! I bought this 12” pan to add to another stainless collection I had that only featured a 10” pan and wasn’t quite big enough for a large family without having to cook in batches. This pan has been my go-to every night since I received it, and the quality far exceeds that of my original set from a large (and overpriced) manufacturing company that has outsourced to China for fabrication.
