Great to cook with This is my third pan that I’ve purchased and I love it ! It evenly cooks food, and cleans easily. I always heat the pan first, then add a thin layer of oil, let that heat and then add food - I think this helps the pan be more non stick and helps it stay nice looking longer and helps when cleaning.

They heat much faster and more evenly and the heavier pans hold a lot of heat that lets me sear my food.
