I wish I had this cookware set 20 years ago. I'm really enjoying cooking with them. I appreciate the use and care instructions because I had a stainless frying pan from a different company and everything I cooked in it stuck to the pan. It was so frustrating. With the Eater X Heritage Steel frying pan I can scramble eggs and they practically slide out of the pan. I plan to add to my 10 piece set soon!

I was sick of the cheap stainless steel pans giving uneven sear on my steaks. A friend told me about these cladded steel pans and figured I’d give it a shot. So far this is the best frying pan I have ever used. It gets and stays uniformly hot, creating an amazing sear. Also once you figure out how to make your pan truly nonstick you’ll never pick up a teflon pan or even cast iron ever again.
