After watching several videos of Heritage Pans on social media I decided to finally make the purchase. Best decision ever! I have made eggs (fried and scrambled), chicken breast, steaks and scallops. Wish I found this company sooner! I was looking to replace all of my nonstick cookware and was looking for US made products. I have never cooked with stainless steel cookware, but was willing to deal with stuck on food if necessary. I followed the instructions on how to heat the pan and do the water drop test….worked like magic. No scrubbing needed, just as easy clean up as nonstick pans.
